Background

I am a licensed mental health counselor and registered art therapist trained and experienced in trauma-informed care, expressive arts therapy, DBT, motivational interviewing, and ACT.

Approach
My therapeutic approach integrates creativity, humor, and spontaneity and recognizes that successful treatment varies with individual needs, strengths, and preferences. I draw from lived experience and utilize humanistic and relational work to foster healing, self-awareness, resiliency, and connection in one's daily life. I offer myself as a grounded, collaborative, and compassionate presence. I work from a place of honoring my clients' humanity and their authentic selves. I truly believe that everyone can find greater depth and meaning within themselves and make strong, healthy connections to their surroundings. I am honored to connect, learn from, and witness transformative growth, embodiment, and positive change in my clients.

Worked With
