PAYMENTS & INSURANCE

Karin Lewis Eating Disorder Center currently does not accept insurance, but clients may submit session Superbills for reimbursement for out of network services through their insurance. If you are currently insured and looking to use out of network services, please contact your member service department prior to the first appointment to ensure that it will be reimbursed.

Accepted forms of payment include online debit and credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
