Caryn is a Certified Eating Disorder Coach with the Carolyn Costin Institute and works independently and with Recovered Living as one of their eating disorder recovery coaches.

Caryn knows the importance of meeting a client where they are at, yet encouraging them to challenge themselves, as that is what was so important in her own recovery. She believes that strong, supportive relationships are key to getting better and the only people who don’t recover, are the ones who stop trying.

Caryn currently lives in Lives in Los Angeles, California USA, and is available for virtual sessions or 24/7 live in's both domestically and internationally.
